Aranda Principal Strategies (APS) is a credit and hybrid solutions platform
based in New York with offices in London and Singapore. Established in 2024, it is
a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek, a global investment company headquartered
in Singapore. APS invests across the capital structure from senior debt to hybrid solutions
as well as in equity in long term credit platforms, while also overseeing LP commitments
into credit funds. As of June 30, 2025, APS has over US $10bn under management.
